Freelancing Career - Ultimate Guidelines for Everyone

In countries like Bangladesh where the job market is very fragile, where 47% of the educated population is unemployed, not enough jobs are created, freelancing or freelance jobs are available as an alternative occupation or more.

freelancing

Broadly speaking, an online profession. Freelancing is one of the many online professions.

Bangladesh is in a very good position in the freelancing sector, hundreds of crores of rupees are being spent on working with skilled professionals in the world. It is estimated that there are more than 5 lakh freelancers in Bangladesh.
Like freelancing, there are a lot of misconceptions about it, and the trap of cheating unscrupulous traders has been created by capitalizing on misconceptions. All of this will be discussed in this article.

Freelancing is to work on a project basis without having a permanent contract with any organization. People have been doing freelancing for hundreds of years. For example, a rickshaw puller is also a freelancer, because he drives another's rickshaw, takes a passenger if he wants to, or doesn't. He has freedom. Nowadays, photographers are also freelancers, because they do not work as photographers anywhere, but shoot on a show basis and get paid.

So freelancing is not a job, just a way of working.

Online freelancing means that you will be contracted to do the work that the client will give you online, you will do the work with your own skills, and you will deliver it to the client online, and the client will pay you online. You didn't work online here, you worked with your skills, only the medium is online, the medium of communication. Just as if you have a job deal on the phone, surely you do not say to make money on the phone, so it is not online income.

Now with an example let's explain what is freelancer, freelancing, outsourcer, outsourcing.

Suppose you do good accounting. A 15-day account audit of a US client's company is required. He offered on an online platform. Like many, you applied. You got the job. Agreed on an amount payable. You did it with your skills, you delivered it online, the client paid you online.

Then

Who did the freelance work? You!

Who is a freelancer? You!

Who did the freelancing? You!

Who outsourced? Client!

Who is the outsourcer? Client

Who did the outsourcing? Client!

That means you are never outsourcing. The client is doing that! If someone claims he will teach outsourcing, consider him a fraud because he himself does not know what outsourcing is. He is cheating. Since freelancing is not a job, if someone claims to teach freelancing, then he is also a fraud.

The sector that is doing quite well, starts cheating some fraudsters by using the name of the sector.

Similarly, training fraud is now rampant in the name of outsourcing-freelancing. Most of the training centers open the training to read and memorize the writings of Google-YouTube or other good mentors.

And who is skilled, who is successful himself, who earns a lot of money, a lot of reputation, why would he come to earn 5-10 thousand by doing training business? If he can give another person the key to success, then he himself is supposed to earn millions. Where is he so much time?

If you look at the background of the owners/trainers of these training centers, you will see that they themselves did the course in another training center, they themselves could not be proficient in that work, could not be successful. So what do you do You can earn a lot of money by teaching others what you have learned, and there is no shortage of people in the country who are greedy for training.

The greatest quality you need to become a freelancer is the ability to understand yourself!

And if you notice, SEO is meant to be freelancing in these training centers. But an expert ACO professional can say that 10% of SEO is not taught in this training. Because trainers teach from downloaded courses, which are outdated a few years ago. And new updates are coming in this sector every day.

Again, the work of SEO is less than 1% of the work of the whole market. This means that there are 99% more jobs in which there are no Bangladeshi people.

On the other hand, there is very little skill in Android development, game development, 3D, AutoCAD, animation, data science. There is less competition in this sector. I am commenting on a study of the demanding works.

It is good to say that many successful people are doing free-mentoring in Bangladesh through Facebook groups, blogs, YouTube, and in many cases free training. 10 Minute School has free courses on many subjects, which can be learned to work as a freelancer in the world market.
Another group went one step further. They continue to call illegal-cybercrime freelancing and employ children who don't know about it in their organizations.

CAPTCHA entry, Facebook Fake Like, PTC (Clicksense, traffic monsoon), and now Bet365 has been added.

These are pure cybercrime and illegal. Freelancing has nothing to do with these. A few years ago, there were reports in some of the world's leading newspapers that these illegal activities were taking place in the name of freelancing in Bangladesh.

Well, why are so many negative aspects discussed?

One of my beliefs is that people can't succeed because they go the wrong way. If you can warn them about the wrong path, they will somehow get it right.

Now let's discuss the right path.

As I said before, freelancing means being proficient in a field that is offered online by clients in other countries. There are hundreds of categories of work online. There are jobs for IT, non-IT, business, creative, engineering. Links to job categories will be attached at the end of this post. With a study of the current demand field of Guler.

Freelancing is not an easy task. The income of a successful freelancer is not less.
Speaking of freelancing life, when you hear the story behind the success of a successful freelancer, you will call him a 'legend'. Because the story behind success is not joy, there is a lot of struggle. Learning a job night after night, watching YouTube tutorials, reading books, practicing tasks, giving months and months of time to become proficient in work without expecting money, all these are behind one's success.

Let's give an example.
Suppose you are studying BBA. With finance. It takes 20 years to complete the study. Having studied for 20 years, you apply as a job fresher with a salary of Rs 15,000. Many times it has to be rejected because hundreds more are applying. Finally, get a job.

He studied for 20 years to get a job of Rs 15,000 without thinking twice. After finishing your studies, you competed for a local job with others in the same city who have studied at your level.

Now think of freelancing, an American company outsourced a job to them through Marketplace. The 2-week project, 1 thousand dollars. Who applied? Open to freelancers around the world, (not small towns), the world's top professionals applied, you did. What does that mean? Now, where is the level of your competition?

Now think, can you become proficient by competing at this level with just a 2-month course? Not unrealistic?

Yes, it is true that freelancing can earn lakhs of rupees, the survey shows, more than 20% of freelancers in this country earn over 2 lakhs per month. But they did not come so far after completing the course in 2 months. They insisted on learning without thinking about earning money for at least a year!

Where you studied for 20 years for a job of 15 thousand rupees, to earn a few lakhs a month, to compete with the top-level professionals in the world, do not learn to work in 1-2 years?

Important:

The greatest quality of being a freelancer is the ability to understand yourself, to try to learn by looking at the net with your own time before asking someone. Because the one who can give you advice, of course, he is very busy himself, there will be no work except to annoy him by asking him about all the small things. But if you have the skills to learn something through the net, you can start working in any field and be successful in an instant.

The author of this guideline has been in the freelancing world for 6 years but has been freelancing in the mainstream for 5 years, after which he has become an entrepreneur. Any freelancer can start his own company in that field by skillfully freelancing for 3-4 years. The same can be done with a large team as a company.

The author is an intensive observer and community activist in the freelancing industry, so has been able to discuss all areas of the industry as a guideline. This does not mean that he is experienced and skilled in every field. It is not possible for anyone to give advanced level advice on all fields, so such questions or queries should be avoided.
